Relinquish All…Recollect And Rely Only On Sai…

Being with Sri Sathya Sai, with Him walking amidst us, has been the highest heavenly boon for humanity. How do we cherish this priceless, fathomless spiritual ‘feast’? All that we need to do is to relinquish all, savouring those momentous moments with Him, Recollecting Him…Him…Him alone, relying only on Him…writes Ms. Jullie Chaudhuri.

Sai…Sai…Sai,
In comparison,
All things appear dull, drab and dry,
Monotonous, mediocre, and oh-so-mundane,
No enriching gain,
Leading to a severe energy drain;
Yet, a simple thought of Him,
Makes the heart smile and soar high…
Yourself this favour why deny,
Relinquish all,
Try and defy,
Smile, recollect and rely,
Only on Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai…

Sai, Sai, Sai,
His Presence so remarkably serene,
Oh! What a celestial scene,
Each step as fresh as early morning dew,
Each moment an understanding,
All encompassing and new,
All else seems such a drill,
So routine, repetitious and run of the mill,
Supreme is Sai’s Grace and Will,
A mere reflection uncases the soul to fly…
Yourself this moment do not deny,
Relinquish all, defy…try,
Recollect and smile,
Learn to rely,
Only on Sathya Sai…

Sai, Sai, Sai,
Sai the Supreme,
Absolute and Infinite,
Of all hearts, the Adored Delight,
The Supreme Soul has no equal,
In contrast everything around so asymmetrical,
Fickle, futile and feeble,
Completely out of sync…way off the grid,
Humdrum, lifeless, insipid,
Tedious, threadbare, tiresome and tepid,
Sheer remembrance of Him,
Does magnify His charisma nearby,
Why must you dilly dally,
And yourself this magnificent fate deny?
Relinquish all, defy…do not fight shy,
Recollect and smile,
Learn to rely,
Only on Sai…

Beloved Bhagawan’s declarations have universal appeal,
Here is what some of His words do reveal -
“It is Your yearning that decides,
In what Form the Lord appears”,
Every little plea reaches His ears,
Him our longing,
Enchants and endears,
Longing that surges on with intensity,
Flowing forth as would a river of tears,
Divine memories should not be put away as a stand-by,
So recall, remember, cleanse and purify,
Draw Him to you,
Declare openly before the moment passes by –
‘Oh, Beloved One, end this wait,
Come, Thy very own am I’,
Then slip into bliss,
Reminisce, review, recollect and sigh,
Repose complete faith, trust and rely,
Only on…Beloved Mother Sai…
