When an innocent heart turns inward, seeking the Master Beloved within, admitting all the vagaries and follies of the mind, it becomes a prayer in surrender to the Mighty Beloved, the Source Within to lift the soul up and make it bright…Ms. Rupa Santoshi attempts with such a prayer turning in…chirping unto Him with childlike innocence…Ms. K. Rupa Santoshi is an alumnus of Sri Sathya Sai Institute Of Higher Learning, Anantapur Campus and was also a state level award holder in Sathya Sai Education (Balvikas).
Loved, beloved Loving Sai
In Your hands I am a toy!
I call out to You with tears of anguish,
And You rush to me to fulfil my every single wish!
Naughty, silly, ignorant fool I am,
Nevertheless You remain loving and calm!
You bear all my ignorance with a smile,
Lord, let me not forget You even for a while!
In pain and in despair I shed a tear,
And then I always find You near!
I come to You sometimes with a wavering mind,
But You always accept me as I am, always so kind!
I believe and I claim that I love You the most,
But Your infinite love for me remains the truth utmost!
Let not my ignorance make me blind,
Where ever I go, you be my only find!
In my ignorance whatever I say and come what may,
Let me remain safe in Your arms throughout the divine play!
Hold me tight with all Your might,
Make me right and my soul bright!
