Sai Sannidhi celebrates Bond Of Love!

The Seat Of The Divine in the hallowed Prasanthi precincts that witnessed innumerable tales of Bond Of Love between Bhagawan and His students witnessed yet another one last evening as ‘Sai Sannidhi’ the alumni forum of former students employed in various Sathya Sai Institutions joined together to present a Musical Reminiscence at Bhagawan’s Lotus Feet.

The programme commenced at 1700 hrs. with an introductory speech by Dr N Siva Kumar, Associate Professor, Dept Of Commerce, SSSIHL. Titling his speech “His Boys…His Choice…His Voice” Dr Siva Kumar narrated a couple of his experiences highlighting how the Mother Of Infinte Love took care of each and every student. Dr Siva Kumar narrated how Bhagawan guided him step by step, guiding him in his academics to get an MBA, then PhD  finally helping him to enrol as a faculty at his own almamater, Bhagawan’s Institution.Ending his short but speech full of gratitude Dr Siva Kumar invoked Bhagawan to deliver His Divine discourse.

A power-packed Divine discourse followed wherein Bhagawan spelt out in no uncertain terms about the discipline to be followed in Sathya Sai Seva Organisations. Bhagawan exhorted that discipline in the organisation has to be followed and Sai devotees should set an ideal, be they are from India or overseas.

What followed next turned out to be a feast for the ears, heart and soul as the grateful students bursted open singing some of the soulful renditions reproducing the magical days with Bhagawan, during His physical sojourn, reminiscing Love-Infinite of Beloved Mother Sai.

Beginning with an English composition seeking Him out and out at every moment in life – Every Moment Of My Life Please Be With Me… – , they continued for the next 100 minutes singing an array of songs, that included some of Bhagawan’s special numbers. The programme concluded with a scintillating Carnatic piece of St Thyagaraja, Banduri Rama Keertanam followed by a Quawwali “Sai Bina Raha Na Jaaye…” both Bhagawan ‘specially special’ number.

Bhajans continued and ended with Bhagawan’s Sunday Special “Hari Bhajana Bina Sukha Santhi Nahi…” The session ended with Mangala Arathi at 1845 hrs.
