Avatarana Uddharana – Musical Dance Ballet…

Oct 19, Prasanthi Nilayam: On the eve of epochal “Avatar Declaration Day”, Oct 20, Balvikas students and Youth from West Godavari District of Andhra Pradesh offered an alluring Musical Dance Ballet in Telugu titled “Avatarana Uddharana” today here in Prasanthi Nilayam.

As the title suggests, the presentation was based on the central theme of Bhagawan’s Avataric Mission, of social upliftment and spiritual renaissance of entire mankind and His creation at large. It was precisely on the 20 Oct, 1940 that, Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai declared to the world His Avataric Mission. The programme was organised as part of a 2-day Parthi Yatra by the devotees from West Godavari District. Many hundreds of devotees are participating in this 2-day Parthi Yatra.

The evening presentation commenced at 1650 hrs., after regular Vedam chanting, with a speech by the District President of Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisations, Sri Sashisekhar Rao. Paying rich obeisance at Bhagawan’s Lotus Feet, hailing Puttaparthi and The Indweller Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai, Sri Sashisekhar Rao spoke of Bhagawan’s Avataric Mission, divulging into His mysterious ‘Visiting Cards’ – Touch of Divine Grace, ending up briefing various service activities taken up by the SSSSO in the district.

The presentation began with a flashback to Oct 20, 1940, when ‘Little Sathya’ announced to the world, of His Avataric intention. Presenting a couple of die-hard agnostics, who were not ready to subscribe to Sathya Sai’s Divinity, the presentation subsequently ran through a lively discussion, the agnostics Vs. the pious and devoted, only to end with ‘the devoted’ prevailing over the agnostics, with the aid of incredible tales of miracles from “His Story’, bringing in transformation. The programme was interspersed with meaningful, melodic tunes coupled with dance sequences.
