From The Valley Of Kashmir To The Abode Of Supreme Peace…

A group of 115 beautiful Muslim children along with teachers and organisers from Spring Buds Educational Institution, Ompora, have travelled from the farthest Kashmir Valley to the Land Of Supreme Peace, Prasanthi Nilayam, offering salutations to the Master Supreme Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba. Feasting the joyous occasion of their 2-day camp in Prasanthi Nilayam, the group of students, both girls and boys, presented a beautiful session of meaningful Kashmiri spiritual songs at the Sanctum Sanctorum in Prasanthi Nilayam.

Girls began singing Elim Ke Noor Se Koi Mahroom Na Reh Jaye… meaning, Truth Is Light and None Should Be Kept Away From The Light Of Knowledge that was followed by a piece by the boys wing. A final song by the combined girls turned out to be magically nostalgic, melodious and philosophical, reflecting greater faith in the Almighty. It echoed, tell your troubles that our God Is All Mighty and the song was ‘Yeh Mat Kaho Khuda Se Meri Mushkilen Badi Hai…In Mushkilon Se Kehdo Mera Khuda Bada Hai…’. The whole of the song session was interspersed with beautiful commentary in a mix of Hindi and English, explaining the song, narrating the hidden beauty behind the beautiful poetic lines of adoration.

Earlier, the session commenced with an introductory address by Mr Maninder Singh, Vice President, SSSSO, Punjab, who introduced the children to the evening assemblage. Sri Shiv Kumar Sharma, State President, SSSSO – J & K then welcomed the special guests, saying it is Bhagawan’s mere Will that has brought these beautiful children to the precincts of Prasanthi. Two students from the school, Ms Muskan Latif and Mr Nasir Ahmed, both from class 10, then addressed the devotees speaking of their exciting, lovely, learning experiences during the  epochal spiritual-educational tour. They reflected self-confidence, love and gratitude. SSSSO – Punjab along with J & K have organised this tour of ‘Bharat Darshan’, covering Amritsar and Prasanthi Nilayam. Enroute, the groupn had a stopover at Amritsar visiting the Golden Temple and the historic monument of Jallianwala Bagh.

Addressing the special guests, All India President of SSSSO,  Sri Nimish Pandya enumerated in detail the legend of the affectionate bond between the Sai fraternity and the Spring Buds School that blossomed during the 2014 flood relief camp in the valley, organised by the SSSSO. Welcoming the children, speaking with great love and affection,  Sri Nimish Pandya said, in the now, if we spend our life in unconditional love, our future is sure to be safe.
