All India Bal Vikas Convention In Prasanthi Nilayam…

Eigth All India Sri Sathya Sai Bal Vikas Meet and 5th Annual Convention of Group III students and alumni of Sri Sathya Sai Bal Vikas commenced this morning in the Divine OmniPresence at Sai Kulwant Hall in Prasanthi Nilayam. The two-day conference is scheduled to have elaborate sessions studded with speeches, programmes and convocation ceremony.

Addressing the blossoming young hearts, Sri N. Ramani, All India Vice President Of Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisations,  advised the students and alumni to take a pledge, rededicating their lives in service of Sai by way of serving in the Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisations  - India and Worldwide. All that He has done is a Brahmandam, all-pervasive, and the first among them was the Sri Sathya  Sai Bal Vikas, observed Sri Ramani, convincing the assemblage of students and alumni of the telling impact of the Sri Sathya Sai Bal Vikas mission. Narrating personal touch of grace with teachings galore, the Vice President exhorted them to engage in constant Namasmarana, a tip he personally received from Bhagawan. Hailing the movement as the one that offers most sustainable life, Sri Ramani pledged his family continuous association with Bal Vikas in the generations to follow.

One of the alumni from Andhra Pradesh, Ms Prasanthi also spoke on the occasion, sharing her valuable thoughts in Telugu.

An Andhra-Telangana folk dance to the tune of the famous “Jaya Vijayeebhava…” followed, presented by the Bal Vikas from the twin states.

Earlier, the session commenced with a recorded theme song to the tune of ‘Sai Jananee Tuchche Pranam…’ sung by a combined team of students from 12 different states. A CD of songs was also released during the occasion.

Bhajans by the Bal Vikas continued and the session ended with Mangala Arathi to Bhagawan.
