Radio Sai @ 13

Radio Sai is 13 this month. Since its inception in 2003, this Digital Radio Channel from Prasanthi Nilayam has grown in leaps and bounds, taking the reins in disseminating Bhagawan’s message around the world.  Today, Radio Sai is very much a household name in the Sai fraternity.

On the occasion of the 13th anniversary of this ‘digital life line’, Team Radio Sai offered a special programme - ‘Who Is Sai’ at Bhagawan’s Divine Lotus this evening in Prasanthi Nilayam.

Understanding Him depends on the depth of each devotee’s perception, said Annamacharya long ago. Today, it was this collective perception of the mind at Radio Sai that brought forth a beautiful depiction on the enigma called ‘Sai’ entitled - ‘Who Is Sai’, commemorating this grand jubilee of Radio Sai.

How would a painter, with his never exhausting palette of colours, have depicted Him based on his ‘human’ perceptions, coupled with an artistic touch? Team Radio Sai this evening took up this beautiful theme, donning the mantle of the painter with a palette, enwrapped in the cloak of the collective mind, while painting Him, perceiving Him, slow and steady, keeping pace with the narration of His Story alongside.

In turns, one after another, beautiful and convincing anecdotes from His life were retold in the next hour, unfurling the REALITY of Sri Sathya Sai. The presentation was wonderfully interspersed with songs, videos, dance depictions and Bhagawan’s own discourses.

Expanding the theme to ‘His Mission’, assisted by audio visual displays, many of the salient features of Bhagawan’s mission were also aptly explained.

In short, the presentation first ‘revealed’ Who Sai Is, then His ‘worldly’ mission and the final part of the presentation dealt with His ‘real’ mission, that of making every individual understand His true Divinity. Bhagawan’s voice rung out in the vast Sai Kulwant Hall: ‘You are not the body, you are the real ‘I’…’; establish yourself in the firm feeling that ‘I Am God…I Am God…”.

It is absolutely in vain and pointless, if we cover ourselves with interpretations of Who He Is, instead, we should uncover ourselves to know who we are. Thus the presentation was summarized, declaring the fact-finding of the collective mind – that He Is Pure Love – He Is Everything, He Is HimSelf.

A bhajan medley by Team Radio Sai continued and the session ended with Mangala Arathi at 1820 hrs.
