Samastha Lokah Sukhino Bhavantu

August 31, 2008 had earned a date with Divinity, ushering in Oneness Of entire Creation…It was on this day, Beloved Bhagawan revised the Mantra for Universal Peace, Lokah Samastha…into ‘Samastha Lokah Sukhino Bhavantu’, birthing The Universal Maha Mantra For Cosmic Peace and Harmony…Uttering the Holy Mantra, Bhagawan said…it is not one world, and there is no individual feeling, we should encompass all the worlds. As the universal peace formula originated from Bhagawan, to a selected assembly of His ‘Properties’, time stood still watching the epochal and profound moment, the birth of a Maha Mantra, the purport of which humanity is still to decipher even after four long years…Uttering the Maha Mantra Bhagawan gestured, as if embracing whole of His creation, asking His boys to repeat the Maha Mantra…and Samastha Lokah reverberated the holy precincts of Prasanthi Nilayam for the first time…Further, Bhagawan advised the boys to begin chanting the Maha Mantra from the next Thursday, ie., September 4, 2008.  Today, when the world is reeling under pressure, when the very fabric of Dharma in society is threatened, let’s revisit the momentous happening, re-pledging our commitments to our Beloved Bhagawan, embracing the Universal…Cosmic feeling of Oneness, praying and resolving for a new world order as willed by our Beloved Mother Sai…Samastha Lokah Sukhino Bhavantu…May All Beings in all the worlds be happy and peaceful…a poem from Sri Jullie Chaudhuri… read more »

Vibhuti does it!

The Bible speaks about faith and greater faith. Quoting Jesus, It says, “… if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there’, and it will move, and nothing will be impossible for you.” (Matthew 17:20) This faith is not the realm of the ordinary, though it is not reserved exclusively for the explicitly ecclesiastical ones. Justice Venkatachalaiah appointed Chancellor Of SSSIHL

Former CJI, Justice M.N Venkatachaliah has been appointed as the Chancellor of Sri Sathya Sai Institute Of Higher Learning, deemed to be University. Justice Manepalli Narayana Rao Venkatachaliah (born October 25, 1929)  will be the third  Chancellor of the Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning (SSSIHL).He succeeds Justice Bhagavathi who has resigned due to ill health. read more »
