International Children’s Choir On Christmas Evening…

An inspiring speech by Dr. Adalio Sanchez on his personal spiritual journey unto Him followed by International Children’s Choir marked the auspicious Christmas evening today here, in Prasanthi Nilayam.

Addressing the Christmas evening concourse, Dr. Sanchez, a staunch follower of Bhagawan’s teachings said, ‘Oneness of Atma is realised when one goes beyond the mind, where the consciousness recognises the consciousness.’ Deliberating on Bhagawan’s spiritual guidelines, excessively quoting His teachings on ‘the search for Truth’, the speaker concluded on a confident note echoing, ‘the glory of Sathya Sai is forever’. Bhagawan’s leaving of His physical frame left many shocked, but He Is The Light Within, said the speaker, calling Him as the OmniPresent Energy called Divine Mother Sai. Dr. Sanchez has authored a book on his personal journey entitled ‘Liberation – A Reachable Goal’.

Next to come was International Children’s Choir. Fifty-six children from 13 countries joined in unison presenting the Children’s Christmas Choir 2018. Beginning with Sanskrit mantra, ‘Tryambakam Yajamahe…’ the programme flowed on with a bouquet of beautiful  numbers that included tribal and aboriginal numbers from various traditions, numbers with varied themes ranging from that of Love For Mother Earth, Oneness, His Unmatched Glory, Importance Of Christmas Tree, Bethlehem Feelings, Hellelujah…, etc. The consciousness of man needs healing and so with the the world around, said the children pledging to make the world a better place. The beautiful, inspiring children ended the choir singing ‘we wish you a merry Christmas’ followed by ‘hallelujah’. Ms Gesine Strohmeier from Germany conducted the choir, supported by an international team of ‘Sai’ musicians.

Bhagawan’s Divine discourse followed next, played on the public address system. Reminding the audience of the Oneness Of Godhood, narrating the beautiful story of Jesus Christ, Bhagawan identified faith as the foundation stone of everyone’s spiritual journey. Body is of five elements and thus temporary, but the Indweller is One without any beginning or end and He Is God, reminded Bhagawan recalling the days of intense sadhana and realisation of Jesus Christ. Man, having born, should know his Truth. Bhagawan concluded singing ‘Love Is My Form…’

Earlier, the session commenced at 1700 hrs with an all-choir-team procession from the ‘Yajur Mandiram’ to the venue. Christmas veteran Mr. John Behner then introduced the speaker for the session, drawing parallels from the awe-inspiring tale of Mary Magdalene, who is a revered symbol of spiritual perfection and wholeness.

…And the Christmas Candle that was lit last evening here, in Prasanthi Nilayam is still burning, symbolising the Eternity Of His Love And His Glory Ever…EverAfter.
