Showcasing Rajasthani Culture…

A group of 250 devotees from ‘Mira Bai’s’ land of Rajasthan has come on a three-day Parthi Yatra to Prasanthi Nilayam. This group is inclusive of students and staff members from Sri Sathya Sai Women’s College and Easwaramma Shikshak Prashikshak Mahila Mahavidyalaya, both from Jaipur.

Presenting themselves at Bhagawan’s Lotus Feet, the Sai Spandan troupe of the Parthi Yatra contingent offered a musical choir entitled ‘Sai Spandan’ this evening at the Sanctum Sanctorum in Prasanthi Nilayam.

Dr. Manoj Batra, State President, SSSSO – Rajasthan introduced the session first, presenting the expressive feelings of the devotees in general for Beloved Bhagawan. A video presentation on the state-wide activities by the SSSSO followed next, before the final musical offering.

The Sai Symphony troupe of youth next presented a euphonious, melodic offering, singing paeans to The Lord through 5 distinct numbers. The evening numbers were ‘Raj Dharam Ki Dharti…’, ‘Deep Jalaao…’, ‘Maa Tujhe Koti Pranaam…’, ‘Tuu Hi Ram Hey Tuu Hi Rahim Hey…’ and ‘Sai Chalisa’ of 40 couplets enumerating the essence of Sai. The musical was reflective of the rich cultural and devotional heritage of the State.

Bhajans next ended with Mangala Arathi to Bhagawan.
