‘Nadha Vadya Goshti’ by Nellore Devotees…

Parthi Yatra contingent from Nellore district of Andhra Pradesh offered a musical bouquet entitled ‘Nadha Vadya Goshti’, this evening at the Sanctum Sanctorum in Prasanthi Nilayam.

The programme orchestrated by Sri Rishab Nair,  an alumnus at SSSIHL, was a musical representation was an ensemble of various musical art forms from the district, presented in four stages of a Parthi Yatri, (pilgrim to Puttaparthi) namely, Journey To Sai…, Why Fear When I Am Here…, Carnival Of Love…, Gratitude. Apart from singing paeans at Beloved Bhagawan in varied tongues, some of the major musical forms from Nellore also came to the centre-stage at intervals paying tribute  to The Nadha Brahma.

A video presentation on the Glory Of Sri Sathya Sai with ‘Sai featuring Nellore’ followed next. Bhagawan’s regular visit to Venkatagiri Palace is well known and is a part of His Story and thus the unparalleled blessing to the district.

Earlier, the session commenced with a special ‘Poorna Kumbham’ procession of ladies, gents and children from the district, leading to the Sanctum Sanctorum at Sai Kulwant Hall. A group dance followed next, presented to the tune of ‘Jaya Jaya Vijayeebhava’. District President of SSSSO then spoke a few words of gratitude to Bhagawan, briefing the major seva activities.

Bhajans next ended with Mangala Arathi to Bhagawan.
